These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WRX Supply Co. website (wrxsupply.ie) and any purchases made through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
WRX Supply Co. is registered in Ireland. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to WRX Supply Co.
All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the applicable rate (currently 23%) will be added at checkout.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices without prior notice.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may differ slightly in appearance.
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock, if pricing errors occur, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering for Cash customers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Trade Account customers may pay by invoice in accordance with their agreed payment terms. Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in account suspension.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 10am the same business day. Standard delivery is 24-48 hours across Ireland.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Please check your order upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours.
Our full returns and refunds policy is available on our Returns & Refunds page. In summary, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Trade Account applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to set credit limits, modify payment terms, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
Trade Account holders are responsible for all orders placed on their account and must ensure payment is made within the agreed terms.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. We are not responsible for product performance beyond what is specified by the manufacturer.
Your statutory consumer rights under Irish and EU consumer protection law are not affected by these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRX Supply Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of WRX Supply Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
